PMC®-770 is a shore 70 A addition to our line of industrial liquid rubber products (such as PMC®-780 and PMC®-790) used for a variety of industrial and casting applications. mixed two parts a to one part b by weight, PMC®-770 pours easily and cures at room temperature to a solid shore 70 A rubber that has exceptional performance characteristics and dimensional stability. It is suitable for production casting of abrasive materials such as concrete (pre-cast concrete, making concrete stamping pad etc) and gypsum plasters with high exotherms. It is also suitable for rubber mechanical parts of varying configurations (gaskets, wheels and pullies) as well as ball mill liners and vibration/shock pads.

PMC®-780 Urethane Rubber – PMC®-780 is a premium performance urethane rubber that offers exceptional strength, durability and abrasion resistance. Mixed two parts A to one part B by volume or weight, PMC®-780 pours easily and cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Pick The One Best Suited For Your Application: Original PMC®-780 Dry does not exude oil. PMC-780 Wet contains a built-in release agent to aid in demolding concrete. Both are used around the world for casting abrasive materials such as concrete (pre-cast concrete, making concrete stamping pads, etc.) and gypsum plasters with high exotherms. PMC®-780 Dry is also commonly used to make rubber mechanical parts of varying configurations (gaskets, wheels, pulleys) as well as ball mill liners and vibration/shock pads.

PMC®-790 Urethane Rubber – PMC®-790 is an industrial urethane rubber compound designed to meet the most stringent requirements of industrial production applications. It is a very hard rubber that offers superior tear and tensile strength as well as impact and abrasion resistance. PMC®-790 is suitable for a variety of industrial applications including making concrete stamping pads mould liners and moulds for casting concrete. PMC®-790 is also good for making ball mill liners, industrial rollers and belts, and rubber mechanical parts.
